Your appointment is not secured without the required deposit/payment. Reservations without required payment may be released or canceled.
A minimum 24-hour cancellation standard applies unless the reservation terms state otherwise. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee, loss of deposit, or advance-payment requirement for future bookings.
Reference photos are inspiration. Book according to the actual braid count, size, length and complexity. If the requested style materially differs from the booked service, price and duration must be adjusted before work proceeds.
Each person requires an individual reservation/service record unless a specific family/group package says otherwise.
Appointments outside standard availability are limited and carry an additional premium, typically starting at $80 when offered.
Marketing photography is permission-based. V’s Braiding may offer professional no-face hair photography; clients/parents can review the applicable consent choices before images are used.
