Be prepared to provide age, service location, desired style, size, length, hair color, whether added hair is needed, and a clear photo of the client’s natural hair when requested.
Disclose relevant allergies or sensitivities to products/ingredients before service. If there are open sores, active scalp concerns, severe irritation, or a condition outside cosmetic service scope, service may need to be postponed.
Only hair specifically included in your reserved service is provided. Specialty hair, curly human hair, crochet hair and other non-included hair must be supplied by the client according to instructions.
Children are welcomed. The selected style must be appropriate for the child’s hair, scalp tolerance, length, density and ability to sit for the expected service time.
